In this high energy, colourful 3 hour workshop, Jeanette will share with you a simple model for understanding why not everyone thinks, behaves and communicates like you. She will teach you how to instantly decode the people you engage with and communicate with them in THEIR language.
You’ll understand why you just “don’t get” some people, and learn how to bridge the divide. This practical workshop is fun and memorable with lasting impact.
Through interactive exercises and group discussions, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and others, and learn how to adjust your language and style to meet the needs of others.
